Kaayu Rituals strives to ensure that your order is securely wrapped and delivered to you on time.

1. SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We presently ship orders across India through dependable and trustworthy courier partners.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days following the order confirmation.

Please be aware that processing timeframes may be extended during festivals, promotional periods, high-volume sales, or unanticipated operational circumstances. 

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINE

The estimated delivery timelines following dispatch are as follows:

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Non-metro cities take 5-7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on courier operations, location accessibility, and other reasons beyond our control. 

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

We provide free shipping on all orders within India, unless mentioned otherwise during special promotions.

5. ORDER TRACKING

Once your product has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link to check on the progress of delivery.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & NON-DELIVERY

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2-3 times.

If the order cannot be delivered owing to an incorrect address, the recipient's unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping such orders may result in additional charges.

7. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you get a package that seems to be damaged or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery at info@kaayurituals.com with the following information:

• Order ID
• Clear photographs of the damaged packaging and merchandise.
• An unboxing video (if available).

Upon verification, we will provide you with a replacement in accordance with our internal evaluation and policy.
