Refund & Replacement Policy

Kaayu Rituals takes considerable care in producing and packaging its items. We adhere to strict cleanliness and quality requirements because our goods are in the personal care and wellness category and contain natural substances.

Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. RETURNS POLICY

Returns are only permitted in the following conditions:

  • You received the incorrect product
  • The merchandise was damaged during delivery
  • The stuff delivered had expired

Returns are NOT allowed for:

  • Used, opened, or partially used products
  • Products without the original packing, labels, or seals
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions
  • Personal preferences related to fragrance, texture, or appearance

2. REPLACEMENT POLICY

We provide free replacements in the following cases:

  • Product was damaged during transit
  • Incorrect goods provided
  • Product leakage when shipping

To seek a replacement:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Please provide your Order ID, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and an unpacking video.
  • Replacements will be processed upon verification by our quality staff.
  • Once authorized, the replacement goods will be supplied at no extra charge.

3. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only provided in the following circumstances:

  • The product becomes unavailable once the order has been placed.
  • The order is cancelled prior to dispatch.
  • A damaged or wrong product is received, and replacement is not possible.

Refunds are performed using the original payment method:

  • Processing time: 7–10 working days following approval.
  • For cash on delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind upon order placement
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities (we strongly advise a patch test before use)
  • Products destroyed as a result of customer mistreatment or mismanagement

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled within two hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN, REPLACEMENT, OR REFUND

To make a request, please contact us at info@kaayurituals.com and include the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Contact number
  • Order ID
  • Reason for Request
  • Clear images and an unpacking video are required for damage or faulty product claims.

Our team will analyze your request and react within a fair time frame.
